It takes 2-5 business days to process your order. Orders will be shipped after they are processed. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Canadian orders can take 1-5 business days to arrive.

US orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive.

International orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive.

Santana Travels is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be incurred. All additional fees are at customer's expense.  

Santana Travels is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at info@thesantanatravels.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It usually takes anywhere from 4-7 business days to process your return.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you need to pick up your order within 48 hours, please email us at info@thesantanatravels.com and put your order number in the subject line.

Orders cannot be picked up until you receive an email indicating your order is ready.
