Return Policy

Please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
To start a return, contact us at info@thesantanatravels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
It usually takes anywhere from 4-7 business days to process your return. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All clothing, face and eye masks are FINAL SALE.

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If there is an issue with your product or delivery, please contact us to discuss options at info@thesantanatravels.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

** Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Santana Travels is not responsible if items are not received due to incorrect address. Return shipping costs is at the customer's expense.
